Top Seed Inc reserves the right to revoke registration, deny entry, or remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or contrary to event policies. Registration fees, where applicable, are subject to the refund policy disclosed at the time of registration.

All content on topseedinc.com — including the Top Seed Inc name, logo, copy, photography, illustrations, and code — is the property of Top Seed Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
16 · Disclaimers
topseedinc.com and any services provided are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Seed Inc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
17 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Seed Inc and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of topseedinc.com, participation in any Top Seed Inc event, or receipt of any communications from us.
18 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Top Seed Inc may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
The following terms apply specifically to the Top Seed Inc SMS messaging program. By opting in, you agree to these terms in addition to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service above.
20 · Program Description
The Top Seed Inc SMS program sends recurring event updates, reminders, schedule changes, last-minute announcements, promotional offers, and occasional partnership opportunities to mobile numbers that have provided express written consent. The program is operated by Top Seed Inc.
21 · Opt-In & Consent
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Top Seed Inc by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at topseedinc.com and providing your mobile number, by texting a designated keyword to our short code or long code (where offered), or by providing your number with express written consent at a Top Seed Inc event. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
22 · Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on event schedule and program activity. You may receive recurring messages.
23 · Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Top Seed Inc does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages based on your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details on your plan.
24 · Opt-Out (STOP)
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You can rejoin the program by opting in again.

26 · Supported Carriers
Top Seed Inc SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
27 · Privacy of SMS Data
As stated in our Privacy Policy above: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our SMS program (such as our messaging platform provider) is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the program.
28 · Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll in the SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number.
